Blackbaud, T-Hub name winners of maiden India Social Good Startup Program

Hyderabad, Oct 22 (TNT) : Social-impact software major Blackbaud on Thursday unveiled the winners and runners-up of the inaugural India cohort of its Social Good Startup Program, conducted in partnership with Hyderabad-based premier innovation hub T-Hub .
The 12-week challenge-based accelerator drew 135 applicants, from which eight were shortlisted and seven completed the intensive sprint to co-develop product integrations spanning fintech, education, fundraising, and foundation accounting.
Three startups emerged as winners: CredResolve — recognised for solutions driving revenue acceleration in educational payments; CogniSwitch — awarded for an investment pool accounting system built for non-profit foundations and VyaptIX — selected for streamlined, accelerated payment integrations tailored for software developers.
Startups Aczen and DOMDOG were named runners-up for the technical strength and robustness of their platform integrations.
Besides cash grants to fuel further product development, select cohort members—winners CogniSwitch and VyaptIX, alongside runner-up DOMDOG—earned entry to Blackbaud’s annual global customer conference, bbcon 2026, held in Columbus, Ohio, where they showcased their platforms at the Innovation Hub.
“India’s engineering and startup ecosystems bring together exceptional technical depth, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to innovate at speed,” said Jennifer Willson, Senior Vice President, Global Engineering & Blackbaud India.
She added that the sprint allowed founders and enterprise engineers to collaboratively build, test, and apply technology to high-impact non-profit challenges.
Rajiv Gajria, Vice President and Managing Director, Blackbaud India, noted that pairing early-stage founders with dedicated corporate engineering and product leads created a strong two-way learning corridor, linking Indian innovation directly into Blackbaud’s worldwide client base.
Adapted from Blackbaud’s year-long global accelerator into an agile 12-week track, the cohort concluded its engagement with a graduation ceremony held at T-Hub in Hyderabad on October 13.
The Nasdaq-listed company stated it plans to build on the maiden edition’s learnings to expand integration pipelines and roll out future cohorts in India.
