16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show from Oct 30 at HITEX Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Oct 22 (TNT) :The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Telangana on Thursday announced that the 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show will be held from October 30 to November 1, 2026, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre here.
The three-day expo will showcase an extensive array of residential, commercial, retail, and plotted developments, catering to prospective homebuyers, retail investors, and commercial enterprises.
The event comes at a time when Hyderabad’s property market continues to witness strong demand across emerging growth corridors, buoyed by major infrastructure expansion, industrial investments, and the growing footprint of IT, life sciences, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Announcing the expo at a press conference here, Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, President of NAREDCO Telangana, stated that the property show serves as an essential engagement platform bridging developers and consumers while supporting the state’s broader real estate growth.
R. Venkateswara Rao, Secretary General of NAREDCO Telangana, noted that the exhibition will enable visitors to inspect offerings across diverse budget brackets under a single roof, interact directly with builders, and review financing solutions from leading public and private sector banks.
The expo features Vasavi Group, Gangothri Infra Edge, Jayabheri Group, and Anvita Group as ‘Powered By’ sponsors, alongside participation from Platinum sponsors such as Rajapushpa Properties, Greenmark Developers, Radhey Constructions, Ramky Estates & Farms, Aditya Construction Company, and Myron Homes.
Financial institutions, including the State Bank of India (SBI), Central Bank of India (CBI), and IDBI Bank, will set up dedicated desks to assist buyers with spot home loan approvals and financing advisories.
