Vice-President Radhakrishnan to participate in Hyderabad Liberation Day celebrations
Hyderabad, Sept 16 (TNT): Vice-President C P Radhakrishnan will participate in the Hyderabad Liberation Day celebrations to be held at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad, on Thursday.
The celebrations, organised by the Government of India, will feature a CAPF parade and cultural presentations showcasing Telangana’s heritage and traditions, according to Coal Ministry.
Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Union Ministers Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, G Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay Kumar, besides MPs, MLAs and other dignitaries, are also scheduled to attend the programme.
The event will begin at 0800 hours and will pay tribute to those who played a significant role in Hyderabad’s liberation and commemorate the historic event.
