UP International Trade Show to host 600 foreign buyers, 1,000 Indian exhibitors
New Delhi, Sept 22 (TNT): The fourth Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 will bring together more than 1,000 Indian sellers, exporters, manufacturers and MSMEs with over 600 foreign buyers, providing a platform for global sourcing, trade partnerships and investment opportunities.
Organised by the Uttar Pradesh government in association with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), the five-day trade show will be held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the event on September 25, with senior government officials, FIEO representatives, industry leaders, exporters and international business delegations expected to participate.
Japan, Russia, Vietnam, Austria, Singapore and Belarus will participate as Partner Countries, with the programme focusing on trade, investment, manufacturing, technology and innovation.
The foreign buyer programme will focus on India’s FTA and CEPA partner markets, with buyers and delegations from Japan, South Korea, the European Union, the UK, Australia and Oman.
Delegations from BRICS countries and other markets across Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and Oceania are also expected to participate.
A delegation of foreign buyers will interact with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to discuss investment opportunities, sourcing requirements and industrial collaborations, besides gaining insights into the state’s manufacturing and export ecosystem.
The exhibition will showcase sectors including MSMEs, textiles, leather, food processing, engineering goods, electronics, handicrafts, ODOP products, services and emerging industries.
FIEO will facilitate international buyer mobilisation and structured B2B engagements aimed at creating business opportunities for Indian exporters, particularly MSMEs, the organisers said.
