FTCCI to host international conference on women empowerment in Hyderabad next month
Hyderabad, Aug 19 (TNT): The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) will host an International Conference on “Women Empowerment – Driving Inclusive Growth and Leadership” on September 10, 2026, at Cyber Gardens, Hitec City, Hyderabad.
The conference will bring together policymakers, women entrepreneurs, MSMEs, industry leaders, investors, academicians and global experts to discuss strategies for strengthening women’s leadership and participation in economic growth, the Federation said in a release on Wednesday.
Key sessions at the conference will focus on unlocking the potential of women, enhancing the competitiveness of women-led enterprises, strengthening market access, digital transformation, global partnerships and leadership opportunities for the next generation.
The discussions will also focus on emerging opportunities for women in sectors such as artificial intelligence, global capability centres (GCCs), startups, defence and aerospace.
A key focus of the conference will be to enable women entrepreneurs and MSMEs to leverage government schemes, technology, innovation, global best practices and emerging business opportunities.
The conference is being organised by the FTCCI Women Empowerment Committee, with support from the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, and participation from various ecosystem partners.
FTCCI said the conference aims to provide a platform for stakeholders to exchange ideas and explore opportunities to strengthen women’s participation in entrepreneurship, industry and leadership.
