UAE Property Expo in Hyderabad on oct 31, Nov 1 to feature 25 Developers
Hyderabad, Oct 29 (TNT) : Around 25 property developers from Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah will participate in the UAE Property Grand Expo 2026 in Hyderabad on October 31 and November 1, showcasing real estate investment opportunities for Indian buyers across different price segments.
Organised by UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements LLC, the expo will be held at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs with support from the Dubai Land Department and Ajman Land Department.
Addressing a Press conference here on Thursday, Global Edge Advertisements LLC CEO Raghu Pelakkat said Hyderabad was chosen in view of its growing technology and healthcare sectors and increasing business links with the UAE.
The expo would provide prospective investors an opportunity to interact directly with developers, compare projects and obtain information on ownership procedures, payment plans, financing options and regulatory requirements, he said.
The participating developers would showcase properties across different price segments, with some projects starting at around Rs 1.6 crore, according to the organisers.
Raghu said the expo would feature projects from multiple Emirates, including relatively affordable options in Ajman and Sharjah.
Some developers in Ajman were also offering land for development under freehold ownership arrangements, he added.
Ashish, a representative of Dubai-based developer Ellington, said the event would help Hyderabad investors explore overseas property opportunities and diversify their investment portfolios.
He said online access to property transaction and rental data in Dubai enabled investors to assess market trends and potential returns.
Certain projects offered rental guarantee schemes, including a seven per cent annual rental guarantee after handover, subject to the respective developer’s terms and conditions, he added.
The expo would also provide information on bank financing, rental prospects and ownership regulations.
Financing eligibility would depend on the buyer’s residency status, project stage and lender requirements.
An India–UAE Real Estate Forum would be held alongside the expo to discuss investment opportunities and regulatory transparency.
Muneer Mohammed Kutty, Director of Operations, and Joclaire Carrasco, Director of Marketing, Global Edge, were present at the press conference.
