Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru Blesses Devotees During Teppotsavam at Tiruchanoor

Tirupati, June 28 (TNT): Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru blessed thousands of devotees during the annual Teppotsavam held at the Padma Pushkarini in Tiruchanoor on Sunday evening.

As part of the festivities, the Goddess was taken on the ceremonial float around the Pushkarini five times, offering darshan to devotees gathered in large numbers.

Later, Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru was taken in a grand procession on Gaja Vahanam through the four Mada Streets.

Earlier in the day, Suprabhatham, Sahasranamarchana, Nityarchana and Abhishekam were performed in accordance with temple traditions.

The annual Teppotsavams will conclude on Monday, when the Goddess will circumambulate the Pushkarini seven times before blessing devotees on Garuda Vahanam.

TTD Joint Executive Officer Dr. M. Sharath, Deputy Executive Officer Harindranath, temple officials, priests, Srivari Sevaks and a large number of devotees participated in the festivities.
