Sri Andal Tiruvadipuram Festival at Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati on Aug 14

Tirupati, Aug 12 (TNT): The Sri Andal Tiruvadipuram Festival will be celebrated with devotion and grandeur at the Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, here on August 14.

As part of the Sattumurai, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the utsava idols of Sri Govindaraja Swamy and Sri Andal Ammavaru from 9.30 am to 10.30 am.

In the evening, from 4 pm to 8 pm, Sri Govindaraja Swamy and Sri Andal Ammavaru will be taken in a grand procession to Alipiri, accompanied by traditional music, where an Asthanam will be conducted.

After special prayers, the procession will return to the temple via Geetha Mandir, Ramanagar Quarters, Vaikhanasacharyulu Temple, R.S. Mada Street and Chinna Jeeyar Mutt.

TTD appeals to devotees to participate in this sacred festival and seek the divine blessings of Sri Govindaraja Swamy and Sri Andal Ammavaru.
