ANAROCK ACQUIRES 51% STAKE IN DSP DESIGN ASSOCIATES

Mumbai, Sept 24 (TNT): Real estate services company Anarock on Thursday announced the acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in architecture and interior design firm DSP Design Associates.

The acquisition brings together Anarock’s real estate advisory and transaction services with DSP’s architecture, master planning and interior design capabilities.

DSP Design Associates has offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, NCR and Hyderabad and employs more than 320 professionals. The firm has delivered over 1,000 projects across various geographies.

Anarock Founder and Chairman Anuj Puri said the acquisition would strengthen the company’s Project Management & Engineering Services and advisory businesses and enable it to offer integrated real estate and design services.

DSP co-founder and Principal Bimal Desai said the partnership would help the firm expand into new geographies and service lines while retaining its design philosophy and client relationships.

DSP will continue to be led by its existing founding leadership following the transaction.
