ASMS, AMPIVO SIGN MOU TO EXPAND DIGITAL AGRICULTURE SERVICES ACROSS RURAL INDIA
Hyderabad, Sept 24 (TNT): Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly Bartronics India Limited, and Ampivo Smart Technologies have signed an MoU to expand digital agriculture and farmer services across rural India.
As part of the collaboration, Ampivo’s multilingual digital agriculture platform Agri Kisan Setu will be introduced in identified villages across ASMS’ rural network.
The platform offers farmers access to agricultural information, market prices, buyer-seller connectivity, government schemes, farm management tools and other services, including drone services.
The companies said the initiative would initially focus on onboarding farmers and providing access to agriculture, knowledge and marketplace services, while exploring digital advisory and sustainability-related programmes.
ASMS Managing Director N. Vidhya Sagar Reddy and Ampivo Chief Operating Officer Anupam Shah said the partnership would help expand access to digital agricultural services and technology among rural communities.
