IndiGo Launches Airport Transfer Service ‘Cabs with IndiGo’
New Delhi, June 18 (TNT): Airline IndiGo on Thursday launched ‘Cabs with IndiGo’, a dedicated airport transfer service aimed at providing seamless and hassle-free connectivity to and from airports across India.
The service, integrated with the airline’s loyalty programme IndiGo BluChip, allows members to earn five BluChips for every ₹100 spent on airport cab bookings.
In a release, the airlines said the new offering is part of its broader strategy to build an end-to-end travel ecosystem that extends beyond air travel.
IndiGo currently offers hotel bookings and sightseeing experiences, and the addition of airport transfers is intended to further simplify the travel experience for customers.
Powered by Mojoboxx, the service offers features including cab reservations for ₹49, assured pick-up with 100 per cent confirmed rides, transparent pricing without surge fares, free cancellation until pick-up time and up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
The airline said the service has been designed to address common challenges faced by air travellers, such as uncertain cab availability, fluctuating fares and last-minute cancellations.
Chief Digital and Information Officer Neetan Chopra said the launch reinforces IndiGo’s vision of creating a seamless travel experience from the customer’s doorstep to the final destination.
“Cabs with IndiGo strengthens our commitment to providing a dependable and stress-free journey by ensuring reliable transportation at every stage of travel,” he said.
The airport transfer service is now available for booking through the IndiGo website and mobile application, the airline said.
