Telangana invites applications for Tourist Guide Programme 2026

Hyderabad, May 19 (TNT):The Department of Heritage Telangana and Department of Tourism Telangana have invited applications from graduates across all 33 districts of Telangana for the Tourist Guide Programme 2026.

The programme aims to engage trained tourist guides at archaeological, historical and heritage tourism destinations across the state, the Department said in a release here on Tuesday.

According to officials, graduates with good communication skills and interest in archaeology, history, heritage, culture, art, architecture and tourism are encouraged to apply for the programme.

Applicants have been advised to carefully fill out the online application form and upload the required documents.
