Singareni CMD Stresses Maintaining Highest Coal Quality Standards

Ramagundam (Telangana), May 29 (TNT): Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Buddhaprakash Jyoti on Thursday stressed the need to maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring faster coal transportation operations.

During his visit to the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) in the RG-II Area of the Ramagundam region, the CMD reviewed coal transportation and quality management systems with officials and employees.

He also inspected the ongoing construction works of the new CHP bunker and directed officials to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe.

Later, Dr. Buddhaprakash Jyoti visited the RG OC-3 mine and reviewed mine life, coal production processes and quality standards with senior officials.

The CMD instructed officials to surpass targets in both coal production and overburden removal while maintaining operational efficiency.

During his two-day tour, he also visited the Singareni Mines Rescue Station and congratulated members of the rescue team who recently earned international recognition.

Senior Directors, General Managers and company officials accompanied the CMD during the inspection.
