QualiZeal Crosses 1,000 AI-Skilled Workforce Milestone, Reaffirms Vision 2028 Growth Target
Hyderabad, June 25 (TNT): QualiZeal, a global provider of AI-powered Quality Engineering and digital transformation services, on Thursday announced that it has crossed the milestone of a 1,000-strong AI-skilled workforce as it accelerates its Vision 2028 goal of becoming the fastest Indian IT services company to achieve annual revenue of USD 100 million.
The announcement was made during the company’s fifth-anniversary Family Day celebrations held in Hyderabad, which brought together more than 1,000 employees and their family members.
Speaking on the occasion, QualiZeal Co-Founder, President and CEO Pradeep Govindasamy said the achievement reflected the company’s continued focus on reinventing Quality Engineering for the AI era.
He said the company is moving beyond traditional Quality Engineering by developing next-generation roles such as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and AI Quality Engineers (AIQEs), while investing in proprietary platforms including QMentisAI and ValidAIte to support autonomous, agentic and human-led quality engineering.
As part of its strategic shift towards AI-led Quality Engineering and Quality Engineering for AI systems, the company said its teams across the United States, India and offshore delivery centres are playing an increasing role in ensuring reliability, governance and performance of AI-driven solutions across industries.
QualiZeal said it has been investing in structured employee upskilling initiatives and maintaining a diverse workforce, with women accounting for 43 per cent of its employee base. Programmes such as the Grace Hopper Centre of Excellence and the Restart with QualiZeal returnship initiative have contributed to these efforts.
Co-Founder and Head of India Operations Madhu Murty credited employees and their families for the company’s growth and said the organisation remains focused on becoming future-ready and AI-ready amid rapid technological changes.
Executive Director and CEO Kalyan Konda said the company’s biggest achievement was the trust earned from global enterprises through its focus on enterprise-grade quality engineering, innovation and measurable business outcomes.
Reaffirming its long-term growth strategy, QualiZeal said it aims to achieve its Vision 2028 target through an AI-skilled workforce, technology-led innovation and proprietary platforms rather than headcount-driven expansion.
