PM Modi to Launch Rs.7,823 Crore Development Projects in Telangana on May 10 : BJP State Prez

Hyderabad, May 2 (TNT): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development projects worth approximately ₹7,823 crore in Telangana during his visit on May 10, according to N. Ramchander Rao.

Addressing a media conference at Ramayampet in Medak district on Saturday, Rao said this would be Modi’s first visit to the state after assuming office as Prime Minister for a third consecutive term.

He said key projects include the establishment of an Industrial City in Zaheerabad, a Textile Park in Warangal, and the PM Mitra Kakatiya Mega Textile Park.

In addition, development works for railway stations at Hafeezpet and Jogulamba, along with expansion of national highways, are part of the programme, he said.

Rao added that in subsequent phases, major projects such as the Warangal Coach Factory and an airport are also expected to be taken up.

The Telangana BJP is making preparations for a public meeting to be addressed by the Prime Minister during his visit on May 10.
