Mrs Mom’s 10th season to begin on October 4 across seven cities in Telangana and AP
Hyderabad, Sept 26 (TNT): The 10th season of ‘Mrs Mom’, an initiative by KIMS Cuddles to create awareness among pregnant women and expectant parents about pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care, will be conducted across seven cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh from October 4 to December 6.
Organised under the aegis of leading gynaecologist Dr. K. Shilpi Reddy in association with Cryoviva, the programme carries the theme ‘10 Years of Glowing Mothers.. Growing Families’.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shilpi Reddy, founder of the Mrs Mom programme, said the 10th season would be conducted over 10 days across seven cities, including Hyderabad and six cities in Andhra Pradesh — Kurnool, Vijayawada, Nellore, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry and Anantapur.
She said the initiative aimed to help pregnant women prepare for childbirth through awareness, expert guidance and practical training.
Having completed nine seasons, the programme would continue to focus on pregnancy precautions, childbirth preparation, newborn care and related aspects.
Obstetricians, gynaecologists, paediatricians, nutritionists and other medical experts would interact with pregnant women and their families.
Special sessions would cover common pregnancy-related concerns, exercises for expectant mothers, yoga, stress management, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Dr. Shilpi Reddy said pregnancy should not be viewed merely as a process involving medical check-ups, but as a journey encompassing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of the mother, father and family. The programme aims to equip expectant parents with the awareness and confidence needed to make informed decisions, she added.
As part of the 10th anniversary celebrations, a two-day free ‘Rejuvenate Retreat’ will be organised for registered pregnant couples on November 28 and 29 at Kanha Shanti Vanam in Hyderabad.
The grand finale of Mrs Mom–2026 will be held on December 6 at the Telangana Cultural Contractors Club.
The programme will also feature practical workshops on pregnancy exercises, yoga, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding and early newborn care.
A resource fair will help expectant parents learn about relevant products, services and support facilities.
Platforms such as the Mothers Club and parenting community will encourage couples to share experiences and support one another.
Dr. Shilpi Reddy called upon pregnant couples, irrespective of their stage of pregnancy or prior awareness, to participate in the programme and benefit from expert guidance.
Organisers said 85 per cent of the participants in the Mrs Mom programmes conducted over the past nine years had normal deliveries.
They said the initiative aimed not only to prepare women for childbirth but also to promote awareness, healthy lifestyles and informed decision-making during pregnancy.
