HYSEA, 3AI Conclude South India’s Largest GCC & AI Leadership Summit
Hyderabad, July 31 (TNT): GCCX Hyderabad 2026, jointly organised by the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) and 3AI, concluded here on Friday after bringing together over 1,200 delegates and more than 70 global industry leaders to discuss the future of AI-driven Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) under the theme “The Leadership Imperative for AI-Native GCCs,” the summit brought together GCC country heads, managing directors, technology leaders, policymakers, investors, startups and academicians to deliberate on the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming next-generation Global Capability Centres.
The summit reaffirmed Hyderabad’s emergence as one of India’s leading GCC destinations, with discussions centred on AI-native enterprises, intelligent operating models, innovation, enterprise value creation and future-ready leadership.
A major highlight of the event was the launch of PwC’s white paper, “Making Value Visible – A Critical Imperative for Technology GCCs.”
The summit also featured an Innovation Zone showcasing AI innovations from startups and technology firms before concluding with the GCC ONE Awards 2026, recognising excellence in leadership, innovation and business impact across India’s GCC ecosystem.
HYSEA President Flt. Lt. Bipin Pendyala said the strong response to the summit reinforced Hyderabad’s position as one of the world’s most attractive destinations for GCC investments, backed by progressive government policies, world-class infrastructure, skilled talent and a vibrant innovation ecosystem.
3AI Chief Executive Officer Sameer Dhanrajani said the summit demonstrated that AI-native Global Capability Centres would define the future of enterprise operations by driving intelligent automation, continuous innovation and measurable business outcomes.
He said the quality of discussions reflected the growing maturity of India’s GCC ecosystem and its readiness to lead the next phase of AI-powered enterprise transformation.
The day-long summit featured keynote addresses, leadership dialogues, executive panel discussions, masterclasses, invitation-only roundtables and networking sessions.
Discussions focused on AI-native GCCs, enterprise AI adoption, Agentic AI, responsible AI governance, engineering transformation, cybersecurity, human-AI collaboration and sustainable enterprise value creation.
