HCLTECH SELECTED BY M GROUP TO MODERNISE IT OPERATIONS

Noida, Sept 24 (TNT): Global technology company HCLTech has been selected by M Group, an essential infrastructure services provider in the UK and Ireland, to modernise and transform IT operations across more than 200 locations.

Under the engagement, HCLTech will provide AI-led managed services covering infrastructure and end-user operations and deploy its AI Force service transformation platform.

The programme will support M Group’s digital transformation across its water, energy, technology and communications, transport, defence, industrial and public sector businesses.

In a release, HCLTech said the partnership will help streamline M Group’s IT operations, strengthen resilience and build a scalable digital foundation for growth.

M Group Chief Technology Officer Chloe Anfield and HCLTech Chief Growth Officer and Global Head, Energy and Manufacturing, Ajay Bahl, welcomed the partnership.
