Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Gipson Paul as Managing Director for Hyderabad
Hyderabad, June 18 (TNT): Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, on Thursday announced the appointment of Gipson Paul as Managing Director for Hyderabad, strengthening its leadership team in one of India’s key commercial real estate markets.
In his new role, Paul will lead the firm’s Hyderabad operations and oversee growth across business lines, client engagement, strategic initiatives and market expansion efforts, the releal estate firm said in a release here.
A real estate professional with 25 years of industry experience, Paul has worked extensively with occupiers, developers, investors and public sector stakeholders, contributing to business growth and market development in Hyderabad.
He has also been involved in building teams, strengthening client relationships and expanding service offerings across multiple segments.
Announcing the appointment, Anshul Jain, Chief Executive for India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and APAC Office and Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said Hyderabad remained one of the company’s most important growth markets.
He said the city continued to witness strong momentum across asset classes, driven by sustained occupier demand, infrastructure development and a vibrant business ecosystem.
Jain added that Paul’s deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships and proven leadership capabilities would help drive the firm’s growth ambitions in the region.
