BikeWo appoints Sumanth Badiga to Advisory Board
Hyderabad,, Sept 15 (TNT): BikeWo Green Tech Limited has appointed automotive industry veteran Sumanth Badiga to its Advisory Board as the company expands its enterprise mobility and logistics operations.
Badiga has over three decades of experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors, the company said in a release on Tuesday.
He is Managing Director of Jasper Industries and Chairman of Adithya Automotive Applications.
He has held leadership roles across commercial and passenger vehicles, OEM relationships, vehicle distribution, after-sales operations and fleet applications.
He has also served in senior positions within the Tata ecosystem, the company said.
At BikeWo, Badiga will advise on commercial vehicle strategy, fleet development, OEM and industry partnerships, vehicle procurement and deployment, enterprise customer relationships and specialised logistics applications.
BikeWo CEO Hiten Pal Saklani said Badiga’s experience across the automotive value chain would provide strategic inputs as the company expands its mobility and logistics operations.
The appointment is part of BikeWo’s efforts to strengthen its leadership and domain expertise as it expands its technology-enabled platform across last-mile, mid-mile and long-distance transportation.
