APSPDCL to hold monthly video conference to resolve industrial power issues
Tirupati, Oct 3 (TNT): The Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) will conduct a video conference on October 7 to facilitate speedy resolution of electricity-related issues faced by industrial consumers in its jurisdiction, APSPDCL Chairman and Managing Director L. Shiva Shankar, said on Saturday.
The video conference will be held from 1100 to 1200 hours and will cover industrial consumers in Nellore, Tirupati, Chittoor, Annamayya, Kadapa, Kurnool, Nandyal, Anantapur and Sri Sathya Sai districts.
The CMD said the video conference would be conducted on the first Wednesday of every month, providing industrial consumers an opportunity to raise issues relating to power supply interruptions, deficiencies in the electrical system, voltage fluctuations, billing, solar metering, open access and safety-related matters.
Industrial consumers seeking to participate should register their details by calling 8977779471. Registration will be open from seven days before the first Wednesday of every month until 1400 hours on the first Tuesday, he said.
The registered consumers will receive the video conference link, enabling them to raise their electricity-related issues and seek appropriate solutions.
Shiva Shankar appealed to industrial electricity consumers to make effective use of the facility to raise their concerns and seek speedy resolution of their problems.
