AP: Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations inaugurate free physiotherapy centre in Srikakulam
Srikakulam, July 8 (TNT): The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations on Wednesday inaugurated a free advanced physiotherapy centre at the newly constructed Sri Sathya Sai Mandir premises opposite the Zilla Parishad Office in Srikakulam, describing it as the first such facility in Andhra Pradesh.
The centre was inaugurated by Raghupatruni Lakshmana Rao, State President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing the gathering, Lakshmana Rao said the facility had been established in line with Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s message of “Love All, Serve All” and would provide free physiotherapy services to the public as part of the organisation’s commitment to selfless healthcare.
He said the centre is equipped with modern physiotherapy equipment and has separate treatment facilities for men and women, making it the first free advanced Sri Sathya Sai Physiotherapy Centre in Andhra Pradesh.
Appealing to people from Srikakulam and neighbouring districts to utilise the facility, he said the services would be provided completely free of cost to improve public health and well-being.
Lakshmana Rao said Dr. Prasad, who holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, has been appointed to provide professional physiotherapy services at the centre.
Among those present were Ms Kamala Triveni, Dr. Balakrishna, Viswanatham, Sura Ramachandra Rao, District President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Srikakulam, Ms. Punyavathi, district office-bearers, conveners, volunteers and devotees.
