Air India Express Launches ‘Xpress Sale’ with 5 Million Discounted Seats
New Delhi, May 27 (TNT): Air India Express, a Tata Enterprise, on Wednesday announced the launch of its ‘Xpress Sale’, offering five million seats with discounts of up to 50 per cent on domestic and international flights.
In a release, the airline said bookings under the sale will remain open from May 27 to May 31, 2026, for travel between June 15 and October 10, 2026.
According to the company, the offer covers Lite fares, which come with zero check-in baggage allowance, as well as Value fares across its domestic and international network. Customers booking through the airline’s official website and mobile application will also benefit from zero convenience fees.
The airline said exclusive early access to the sale would be available on May 27 through its official Air India Express website and mobile app before the sale opens on all major booking platforms from May 28.
Logged-in Tata NeuPass members will receive additional benefits, including 20 per cent discounts on Business Class fares, extra baggage allowance, complimentary ‘Gourmair’ hot meals and priority services under the ‘Xpress Ahead’ programme. Members can also avail discounts of up to ₹300 on flight bookings and earn NeuCoins.
The airline further said passengers could receive discounts of up to 30 per cent on pre-booked meals, seat selection and additional baggage options. Special discounted fares will continue to be available for students, senior citizens and armed forces personnel and their dependents.
As part of its ongoing promotional campaign ‘Xpress Wali Baat Hai’, featuring actor Pankaj Tripathi, the airline said it aims to highlight its onboard services, including hot meals, comfortable seating and expanded connectivity across domestic and international destinations.
Air India Express currently operates more than 500 daily flights connecting 43 domestic and 16 international destinations across South, Southeast and West Asia.
