Aditya Birla Housing Finance expands Odisha footprint with new Berhampur branch
Berhampur, Oct 7 (TNT): Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL) has expanded its presence in Odisha with the launch of a new branch in Berhampur, taking its total branch network in the State to four.
The expansion is part of the company’s broader plan to strengthen its pan-India distribution network and improve access to housing finance in high-growth markets, the company said in a release on Wednesday.
It said Berhampur’s growing retail, services, healthcare, education and small-business sectors were driving housing demand among salaried professionals, entrepreneurs, traders and self-employed individuals.
The new branch will offer housing finance solutions including affordable and prime housing loans, construction finance and loans against property to salaried and self-employed customers.
The company said its digital ecosystem enables customer onboarding, faster approvals and greater transparency.
As part of the branch launch, ABHFL is offering zero login fees and spot loan sanctions of up to Rs 50 lakh from October 7 to 31, 2026.
ABHFL MD and CEO Pankaj Gadgil said Odisha was a key growth market for the company and that the expansion would help deepen customer engagement by combining its distribution network with digital capabilities.
The company said the expansion was aimed at strengthening customer-centric lending and financial inclusion through its retail portfolio.
