ACB Court issues Summons to Telangana former Minister KTR, Others in Formula E Race Case
Hyderabad, May 14 (TNT) : A Special Anti-Corruption Bureau court has issued summons to former Telangana Minister and BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) and others in connection with the Fornula E-race case.
The Buresu also issued summouns to senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar and former HMDA Chief Engineer BLN Reddy in the case.
The court directed all the them to appear before it on July 31 in connection with alleged irregularities in the transfer of nearly ₹55 crore to a foreign company during the conduct of the 2023 Formula E event in Hyderabad.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau had recently filed a chargesheet detailing alleged financial irregularities linked to the Formula E race, following which the court formally admitted the chargesheet for trial proceedings.
