ABD Maestro launches three super-premium whisky brands in Telangana
Hyderabad, July 17 (TNT): ABD Maestro Pvt. Ltd., the super-premium and luxury spirits subsidiary of Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd. (ABD), on Friday announced its entry into the Telangana market with the launch of three premium whisky brands—AODH Irish Whiskey, WOODBURNS Contemporary Rare Indian Whisky and YELLO Designer Whisky.
ABD Maestro is co-founded by Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh.
The company said the launch marks a significant step in its expansion strategy in Telangana, with the products targeting the growing premium spirits segment.
Speaking at the launch event in Hyderabad, Bikram Basu, Managing Director of ABD Maestro, said Telangana, particularly Hyderabad, has emerged as a key market where consumers increasingly prefer premium and craft spirits.
AODH is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey, while WOODBURNS is an Indian blended whisky that won the Revelation Blended Whisky Award and Grand Gold at the 27th Spirit Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025. YELLO is a blend of Scotch and Indian malts positioned as a contemporary premium whisky.
The company said Hyderabad’s vibrant pub, bar and restaurant culture, coupled with a growing base of premium spirit consumers, makes the city an important market. It added that demand for super-premium spirits is also increasing in cities such as Warangal, Karimnagar and Nizamabad.
The three whiskies are now available at leading retail outlets in Hyderabad.
A 750-ml bottle of AODH is priced at ₹3,470, WOODBURNS at ₹2,500 and YELLO at ₹2,630.
