BMW India Launches Monsoon Service Campaign Across Dealer Network
Gurugram, June 30 (TNT): BMW Group India on Tuesday announed theĀ launching of its annual Monsoon Service Campaign across its authorised dealer network to help customers prepare their vehicles for the rainy season through preventive maintenance and comprehensive vehicle health checks.
The campaign offers a complimentary vehicle inspection by certified BMW technicians, aimed at ensuring optimal performance and safety during adverse weather conditions.
In a release, Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO, BMW Group India said, “At BMW Group India,Ā said the initiative reflects the company’s customer-first approach and commitment to delivering a seamless ownership experience through proactive vehicle care. He said the campaign combines certified technical expertise, advanced diagnostics and genuine BMW parts to provide customers with peace of mind during the monsoon season.
The complimentary inspection covers critical vehicle systems, including windscreen wipers, washer systems, rain sensors, headlights, fog lamps, horn, micro filters, weather strips, sunroof drainage, engine control unit box, electrical connections, tyre condition and pressure, exhaust system, brake components, and underbody inspection. For battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, charging cables and high-voltage charging sockets will also be inspected.
BMW said customers can book appointments at their nearest authorised workshops for personalised guidance and preventive maintenance.
As part of the campaign, vehicles older than five years will also be eligible for special benefits under the BMW Joy Rewards programme, with additional discounts and service offers available at participating workshops.
