Brigade Group Signs JDA for Rs 850-Cr Premium Residential Project in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, May 26 (TNT): Brigade Group on Tuesday announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹ 850 crore.
The proposed project will be developed on a 5.6-acre land parcel in North Hyderabad’s fast-growing Kompally corridor and is aimed at meeting the increasing demand for modern and sustainable residential spaces in the region, the company said in a release here.
According to the company, the development will feature a premium residential community with contemporary architecture and world-class amenities, further strengthening Brigade Group’s residential footprint in Telangana.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said Hyderabad continues to be a key growth market for the company, driven by strong momentum in the technology and infrastructure sectors.
“Hyderabad is a vital growth market for Brigade, and our commitment to expanding our footprint is evident in the consistency of our new projects in the region,” he said.
He added that the company would continue to focus on acquiring strategically located land parcels aligned with Brigade’s governance and ethical standards while scaling operations in the city.
Brigade Group entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and later expanded with projects including Brigade Citadel, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar.
The company is also developing Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a four-million-square-foot premium mixed-use project.
The latest JDA comes shortly after Brigade announced another four-acre project in Neopolis, which is currently in an advanced design stage.
The company said it plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments in Hyderabad over the next three to four years.
