Rainbow Children’s Medicare Posts Rs 782 Million Q4 FY26 Profit, Announces Rs 3.5 Dividend
Hyderabad, May 24 (TNT): Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited (RCML) reported a consolidated profit of ₹ 782 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026.
The company’s consolidated revenue during the quarter stood at ₹4,599 million, registering 24.3 per cent year-on-year growth, while EBITDA rose 26.1 per cent to ₹1,447 million.
The Hyderabad-based hospital chain attributed the strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full financial year to healthy growth across key operational metrics and expansion of its Bengaluru network.
For the full financial year FY26, revenue stood at ₹17,031 million, reflecting 12.4 per cent growth over the previous year. EBITDA grew 11.1 per cent to ₹5,442 million and Profit After Tax increased 15.3 per cent to ₹2,815 million.
The company said outpatient consultations increased 19 per cent in Q4 FY26 to 4.24 lakh, while inpatient discharges rose 18 per cent and deliveries increased 22 per cent.
Rainbow further strengthened its Bengaluru footprint with commissioning of a nearly 60-bed hospital at HRBR Layout and a dedicated IVF centre at Mahadevapura under its “BirthRight by Rainbow” brand.
The company said it now operates around 600 beds across six hospitals, one outpatient clinic and two fertility centres in Bengaluru, making it one of the largest pediatric and perinatal care networks in the city.
Among expansion projects, Rainbow said construction activity had commenced for its regional hub hospital in Coimbatore and a greenfield hospital in Pune, while work was progressing on hub-and-spoke facilities in Gurugram.
The company also signed a lease agreement for a new 80-bed spoke hospital in Bengaluru’s Seegehalli micro-market, which will become Rainbow’s seventh hospital in the city.
The Board recommended a final dividend of 35 per cent, amounting to ₹3.5 per equity share.
Chairman and Managing Director Ramesh Kancharla said the company would now focus on execution, occupancy ramp-up, operational optimisation and strengthening service excellence across its network.
He added that the recently launched HRBR hospital and Mahadevapura IVF Centre have further strengthened Rainbow’s presence in key Bengaluru micro-markets and enhanced access to integrated pediatric, obstetric and fertility services.
