Telangana launches Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy Portal
Hyderabad, May 24 (TNT): The Telangana government has operationalised the Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) by issuing detailed implementation guidelines through G.O. Ms. No. 81 issued by the Industries & Commerce Department on May 22, 2026.
State IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu formally launched a dedicated online portal for receiving applications from eligible industrial units seeking benefits under the policy.
The Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy, introduced through G.O. Ms. No. 27 recently, aims to facilitate relocation of polluting industries situated in 21 industrial parks and standalone industrial units within Hyderabad’s Core Urban Region (CURE).
As part of the implementation framework, the government approved: Payment of an upfront Development Impact Fee (DIF) of 10 per cent and Consideration of existing SRO market rates for applicants submitting applications on or before June 30, 2026.
The newly launched digital platform will allow eligible industrial unit holders to submit, monitor and track their applications online, strengthening transparent and technology-driven governance.
The programme was attended by Nirmala Jaggareddy, senior officials of the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation and representatives of Industrial Area Local Authorities from Charlapally, Kushaiguda, Nacharam and Balanagar industrial areas.

The government has also established a dedicated grievance redressal and support mechanism for applicants and officials involved in the process.

A helpline number — 7729-983215 — has also been provided for assistance from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm.
