Chennai, May 1 (TNT): Royal Enfield reported total sales of 1,13,164 motorcycles in April 2026, registering a 31 per cent growth compared to 86,559 units sold in the same month last year.
In a statement here on Friday, the company said it has started the new financial year on a strong note, driven by new product launches, expanding global presence and rising brand strength.
B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors and CEO of Royal Enfield, said April marked a key milestone with the company’s entry into electric mobility through the launch of the ‘Flying Flea C6’.
The model, inspired by the brand’s historic design, blends neo-vintage styling with modern technology and is priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom), with a Battery-as-a-Service option at ₹1.99 lakh, he said.
The electric motorcycle is currently available at the brand’s first dedicated store in Bengaluru, with a phased rollout planned across cities.
During the month, Royal Enfield was also ranked the world’s third strongest automobile brand by Brand Finance, underlining its growing global appeal and customer trust.
The company further expanded its product portfolio by introducing a new Base Premium variant of the Hunter 350, along with fresh colour options.
It also announced the ‘Himalayan Base Camp – Ladakh Edition’, a three-day experiential event to be held in Leh from September 4 to 6, 2026.
