Tirupati, Apr 5 (TNT) : The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Agastheeswara Swamy, along with Goddess Maragadavalli, associated with Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, will be celebrated with grandeur and devotion at Narayanavanam near here from April 21 to 30.
Festival Schedule Highlights:
April 20 (6:00 PM – 8:30 PM):** Ganapati Puja & Ankurarpanam mark the ceremonial beginning.
April 21 (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM):** Dwajarohanam (flag hoisting);
Evening: Chandraprabha Vahanam.
Daily Rituals: Snapana Tirumanjanam: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Vahana Sevas: 7:30 PM

Temple Legend
According to legend, the temple traces its origins to the lineage of **Akasa Maharaja**, father of **Goddess Padmavati.
Lord Agastheeswara Swamy is believed to be a Swayambhu (self-manifested deity), later consecrated and worshipped by Sage **Agastya**, giving the deity His revered name.
Devotees from across the region are expected to throng Narayanavanam to witness the spiritually vibrant festivities and seek divine blessings.
