Awfis Adds 1.45 Lakh Sq Ft of Premium Workspaces in Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai
The latest launches, located at Punyaee Business Square in Pune, Prestige Tech Forest in Bengaluru and Lodha i-Think in Mumbai, take the total chargeable area added through the recent launches, including its Elite centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, to around 2.45 lakh sq ft, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The new centres feature private offices, coworking desks, meeting and podcast rooms, and event spaces, supported by high-speed connectivity, round-the-clock access and hospitality-led services.
The company said the centres incorporated its latest design standards, with features including improved lighting and acoustics, optimised layouts, wellness-focused spaces, upgraded collaboration zones and technology-enabled workplace experiences.
The expansion is part of Awfis’ strategy to increase its premium workspace portfolio, including Awfis 6.0, Gold and Elite centres, and raise the share of premium and Grade A+ facilities by the end of FY27.
Commenting on the expansion, Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis Space Solutions, said enterprises and GCCs were increasingly prioritising flexible workplace arrangements, quality infrastructure and seamless mobility.
The company was expanding its presence in key commercial locations to meet this demand, while focusing on premium assets, operational efficiency and global-standard workspaces, he added.
Awfis describes itself as India’s largest listed flexible workspace solutions provider.
