MetLife appoints Dimple Kaloya as CHRO of its Global Capability Centre
New Delhi, Sept. 29 (TNT): MetLife has appointed Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of its MetLife Global Capability Centre (MGCC), the company announced on Tuesday.
In her new role, Kaloya will lead the centre’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, organisational capabilities and employee experience.
She joins MetLife from HSBC, where she held senior human resources leadership positions and most recently served as Head of Human Resources for the Global Capability Network and HSBC Technology Centres.
Kaloya brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and organisational transformation, with expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development and employee experience.
Welcoming her, MGCC Managing Director Ashish K Srivastava said her experience in developing people strategies and leading organisational transformation would help the centre strengthen its capabilities and strategic contribution to MetLife globally.
Kaloya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and has completed the CHRO Programme at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Established in 2007, MGCC has grown from a shared services centre in Noida and Jaipur into a strategic enterprise capability centre operating across four locations in India.
With the addition of technology hubs in Hyderabad and Pune last year, its operations have expanded to include integrated technology capabilities.
The centre’s teams deliver services and solutions across operations, finance, technology, data and artificial intelligence, supporting innovation and transformation for MetLife and its customers globally.
