Telangana Dy CM Bhatti Interacts with Residents Over Tea in Mudigonda, Khammam Dist.
Mudigonda (Khammam district), Sept 26 (TNT): Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Saturday interacted with residents at a local tea stall in Mudigonda during his visit to the Madhira Assembly constituency and enquired about their problems and the implementation of government welfare schemes.
The Deputy Chief Minister stopped his convoy at Neel Kamal Tea Stall in Mudigonda mandal headquarters and interacted with people gathered there, while some youngsters took selfies with him.
During the interaction, Bhatti enquired about the well-being of women and asked whether government welfare schemes were reaching beneficiaries at the grassroots level.
He also spoke to roadside vendor Banoth Ramji and vegetable vendor Narasamma about the ongoing road-widening works in Mudigonda.
Narasamma expressed satisfaction over the widening of the road compared with its earlier condition.
Some residents informed him that they had lost their houses due to the road-widening works.
Responding to their concerns, the Deputy Chief Minister assured them that the government would provide houses to families who had lost their homes.
He also interacted with Palle Nagabhushanam, a roadside footwear repairer, who explained the difficulties he faced due to dust and sought financial assistance to set up a small shop.
Bhatti assured him that loan assistance of up to ₹1 lakh under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme would be provided in the name of his son, Palle Suresh.
Similarly, Endroti Yashoda of Venkatapuram village, who was living in a rented house with her two daughters, explained her difficulties to the Deputy Chief Minister.
He directed the Sarpanch present at the spot to ensure that she was considered for a house and house site under the forthcoming Indiramma Indlu housing list.
Later, Bhatti conducted a surprise inspection of the ongoing construction of a 50-bed Community Health Centre (CHC) in Mudigonda.
He expressed satisfaction over the progress and directed officials to expedite the remaining works.
He also inspected the ongoing road-widening, cement concrete road and underground drainage works in the town and instructed officials to maintain quality standards and complete the works expeditiously.
