Honda launches QC3, CB500 and refreshed CB350 range in India
Gurugram, Sept 22 (TNT): Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday announced the prices and bookings of its new Honda QC3 electric scooter, Honda CB500 motorcycle and refreshed CB350 range, comprising the CB350, CB350RS and CB350C.
The announcement is part of the 10-product portfolio unveiled by HMSI in July and includes an electric scooter, a locally manufactured roadster and refreshed modern-classic motorcycles, the company said.
The Honda QC3 has been priced at ₹1.35 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi) and will initially be available in Delhi, Agra, Cuttack, Surat and Kollam through select Honda RedWing dealerships.
The electric scooter has a certified IDC range of 145 km and features 32-litre storage and connected technology.
The QC3 is equipped with a 3.0 kWh battery, 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync and turn-by-turn navigation, Smart Key and charging capability of up to 80 per cent in two hours and 40 minutes, the company said.
The Honda CB500 has been priced at ₹2.75 lakh for the alloy-wheel variant, ₹2,99,900 for the spoke-tubeless variant and ₹3,01,900 for the spoke-tubeless variant with stripe, all ex-showroom Bengaluru.
Manufactured in India, the CB500 will be sold through Honda BigWing dealerships across the country.
It features a 501cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with an oil cooler, Honda Selectable Torque Control, assist and slipper clutch, Honda RoadSync and dual-channel ABS.
The refreshed CB350 range starts at ₹1,95,200 (ex-showroom Bengaluru).
The range comprises the CB350, CB350RS and CB350C, with new colour options and no mechanical changes. Dispatches to authorised Honda BigWing dealerships began on September 21.
The CB350 is priced between ₹1,95,200 and ₹1,99,900, the CB350RS between ₹1,99,900 and ₹2,02,500, and the CB350C between ₹2,00,300 and ₹2,04,700, depending on the variant.
The three models are powered by a 348.6cc air-cooled engine and feature Honda RoadSync, Honda Selectable Torque Control, assist and slipper clutch, all-LED lighting and dual-channel ABS.
Bookings for all five products are open with a booking amount of ₹5,000. Customers can book through the HMSI website or authorised dealerships.
The QC3 will be sold through select Honda RedWing dealerships in the five initial cities, while the CB500 and refreshed CB350 range will be available through Honda BigWing dealerships.
