AP Dy CM Pawan Kalyan’s wife Anna Konidela perform Sravana poojas at Draksharama temple

Kakinada, Aug 14 (TNT): Anna Konidela wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan kalyan , visited Sri Bhimeswara temple in the holy shrine of Draksharama here on Friday where the AP Minister for Labour Vasamsetti Subhash and the Temple executive Officer Allu Venkata Durga Bhavani and the temple priests received her with temple honors.

Since it is the first Friday of the auspicious Sravana Masam, Anna Konidela’s visit has achieved spiritual significance. The temple priests arranged performances of special Sravana poojas and Kumkum Archana to the Goddess Manikyamba and the Lord Sri Bhimeswera swamy with Anna Konidela.

After the special poojas and other vedic rituals Vedic pundits and priests honoured her with the traditional Aseervachanam at the Beda Mandapam.

Anna Konidela was very much impressed by the temple honors and christened(Nama Karanam) the son of local Janasena leader Sampath as Yakshit Omkar ‘.

Later in accordance with the temple traditions Minister Vasamsetti Subhash, Temple executive Officer Allu Durga Bhavani have presented Anna Konidela with Pattu Vastralu’ and the portrait of Lord Bhimeswera swamy.

Janasena constituency incharge Polisetti Chandrasekhar and local coalition leaders, vedic pandits , devotees attended the event in large numbers.
