TTD records highest-ever monthly sale of 1.26 crore Srivari laddus in June
Tirumala, July 3 (TNT): The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) recorded its highest-ever monthly sale of 1,26,81,805 Srivari Laddu Prasadams in June 2026, aided by a surge in pilgrim footfall and increased production to meet the growing demand.
According to TTD, 1,11,96,170 laddus were sold in April, followed by 1,21,35,528 in May and a record 1,26,81,805 in June, reflecting a steady month-on-month rise.
The June 2026 figure also exceeded the corresponding month’s sales in previous years. TTD sold 1,19,21,353 laddus in June 2025 and 1,02,64,364 laddus in June 2024.
Compared to June 2025, laddu sales increased by 7,59,452, registering a 6.37 per cent growth. Against June 2024, sales rose by 24,17,441 laddus, reflecting a 23.55 per cent increase.
TTD attributed the record sales to the steady increase in the number of devotees visiting Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
It said laddu production had been scaled up in line with the growing pilgrim turnout and that uninterrupted distribution was ensured to prevent any shortage of the sacred prasadam.
