TTD EO reviews facilities during Simha Vahana Seva, urges Sevaks to serve pilgrims with devotion
Tirumala, Sept 17 (TNT): TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra on Thursday interacted with devotees during the Simha Vahana Seva and reviewed the facilities and arrangements being provided to pilgrims.
The EO visited the devotees’ gallery and sought feedback on darshan arrangements, pilgrim facilities and arrangements for viewing the Vahana Seva.
He interacted with pilgrims from Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Nellore, Maharashtra and other regions.
The devotees expressed satisfaction with the services being provided by TTD.
Ravichandra also interacted with Srivari Sevaks deployed in the galleries and directed them to ensure better and more comfortable services for devotees.
He urged the Sevaks to render wholehearted and selfless service to every pilgrim with warmth and devotion and enhance their darshan experience.
The EO instructed the Sevaks to keep devotees informed about various TTD services and facilities and respond promptly to their requirements.
He said TTD’s objective was to provide spiritual joy to every devotee visiting the Srivari Brahmotsavams through devotion, service and hospitality.
