TTD EO Directs Timely Disbursal of Retirement Benefits to Employees
Tirupati, June 30 (TNT): Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra on Tuesday directed officials to ensure that all retiring employees receive their retirement benefits on the day they superannuate.
Speaking at a felicitation programme held at the Mahati Auditorium, where 122 retired TTD employees from various departments were honoured, Ravichandra appreciated their dedicated service in serving thousands of pilgrims visiting Tirumala every day.
He said TTD would further streamline and improve the retirement process to ensure timely settlement of all benefits.
TTD JEO A. Sharath said the programme was organised in line with the EO’s vision of honouring all retiring employees together in a festive atmosphere.
TTD Chief Vigilance and Security Officer K. V. Muralikrishna also appreciated the initiative.
The retired employees were presented with Srivari Laddu, Vada, kumkum, turmeric, a blouse piece, akshintalu, theertham and a shawl as a mark of recognition. Cultural programmes by artistes from the Annamacharya Project were also organised on the occasion.
Senior TTD officials, employees and family members of the retirees attended the programme.
