Speaking on the occasion, Jaideep Reddy said Hyderabad was transitioning from a growth market into a long-term wealth-creation hub, with residential price appreciation being supported by infrastructure expansion and employment growth.

CREDAI Hyderabad General Secretary K Kranti Kiran Reddy said the property show provided a platform for developers and homebuyers to connect and exchange information on opportunities across the city.

He also highlighted emerging growth corridors that could shape Hyderabad’s future development.

Magicbricks CMO Prasun Kumar said Hyderabad’s real estate growth was increasingly broad-based, driven by the expansion of IT and life sciences as well as GCCs, aerospace, manufacturing and other high-value industries.

He said office leasing had reached a record 7.5 million sq ft in the first half of 2026, registering 29 per cent year-on-year growth, with GCCs accounting for 45 per cent of demand. Rising premium housing demand, NRI participation and tightening rental markets were also indicative of the city’s expanding real estate market, he added.

The three-day property show concluded with discussions focusing on changing buyer preferences, emerging growth corridors and the factors likely to shape Hyderabad’s next phase of real estate development.
