Telangana BJP chief Ramchander Rao meets Toowoomba Mayor in Australia

Hyderabad, Sept 25 (TNT): Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao met Toowoomba Mayor Geoff McDonald in Australia on Friday and discussed the city’s development, the growing Indian community in the region and its contribution to the local economy.

Rao was accompanied by Armoor MLA Rakesh Reddy and Medchal MLA Malla Reddy.

Local Indian community leaders, including Srikanth Reddy, were also present at the meeting.

During the interaction, they exchanged views on Toowoomba’s development and the contribution of the growing Indian community to the city’s social and economic life.

Rao appreciated the warm reception extended by the Mayor and local Indian community leaders and expressed happiness over the strong people-to-people ties between India and Australia.
