Tirupati, May 9 (TNT): The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Vedanarayana Swamy Temple concluded on a grand note on Saturday with the sacred Chakrasnanam ceremony conducted amid devotional fervour.
As part of the concluding rituals, Pallaki Utsavam was held between 7.30 am and 9.30 am.
Later, Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to the processional deities of Sri Vedanarayana Swamy along with Sridevi, Bhudevi and Sri Sudarsana Chakrattalwar using milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric and sandal paste.
The Chakrasnanam ceremony was conducted ceremoniously in the temple pushkarini at around 11.30 am, where a large number of devotees participated and received the blessings of the Lord.
According to temple officials, Dhwajavarohanam will be held between 7.30 pm and 8 pm marking the formal conclusion of the festivities.
Temple Superintendent Srinivasulu Reddy, Temple Inspector Changal Rayulu, priests, officials and devotees participated in the celebrations.
