Hyderabad, May 10 (TNT) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday visited the residences of N. Chandrababu Naidu and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad ahead of his public meeting at the Parade Ground.
The Prime Minister visited Chandrababu Naidu’s residence after virtually dedicating and laying foundation stones for multiple infrastructure and development projects worth Rs 9,377 crore from the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
Before meeting the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Modi visited the residence of Pawan Kalyan to enquire about his health following a recent surgery.
Pawan Kalyan had reportedly undergone Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) after suffering from an infection and is currently recuperating on medical advice.

Following the Prime Minister’s visit, Chandrababu Naidu described the occasion as “a memorable evening that our family will always cherish.”
In a post on ‘X ‘, Naidu said, “It was an honour and a pleasure to host Prime Minister Narendra Modi at our residence today. His warmth, affection and generous interaction made this occasion truly special for all of us.”
“I thank the Prime Minister for this gracious gesture and for his constant encouragement and support towards the development journey of Andhra Pradesh,” the Chief Minister added.
Pawan Kalyan also expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for visiting his residence and enquiring about his health.

“His gracious visit to personally enquire about my health reflects his warmth, affection and humane leadership,” Pawan Kalyan said.
“Despite his hectic schedule and immense responsibilities, he took time to visit and extend his support, a gesture that I deeply value and cherish,” he added.
Pawan Kalyan further revealed that immediately after his surgery on April 19, the Prime Minister had personally called him to enquire about his health and extended reassurance and support during a difficult time.
The Prime Minister’s visits highlighted the close coordination within the alliance leadership and also reflected personal concern towards Pawan Kalyan’s health amid the demanding schedules of the state leadership.
The back-to-back meetings are also being viewed as politically significant amid continued coordination between the Centre and the Andhra Pradesh Government on infrastructure development and welfare-related initiatives.
This marked Modi’s first visit to Telangana after assuming office as Prime Minister for a third consecutive term.
