Mission Karmayogi workshop for southern states to be held in Vijayawada on Sept 29, 30
Amaravati, Sept 26 (TNT): A two-day regional workshop on Mission Karmayogi, aimed at strengthening the capacity of government training institutions and improving the administrative skills of government employees, will be held in Vijayawada on September 29 and 30.
The workshop, to be conducted at Dr B.R. Ambedkar Kala Vedika, will bring together officials and stakeholders from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Puducherry.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the workshop and deliver the inaugural address on September 29.
Union Minister Jitendra Singh will also attend the event.
The workshop will focus on capacity building of government training institutions and improving the skills of government employees under Mission Karmayogi.
A demonstration of the iGOT–Mission Karmayogi platform for capacity building through the Unnati programme will also be held.
Participants will discuss the Mission Karmayogi Quality Framework and the proposed framework for governance of training institutions under the Karmayogi Kartavya programme.
Representatives from participating states will share experiences and best practices through group activities and interactive sessions.
The programme will commence with the Chief Minister’s inaugural address, followed by technical sessions.
The workshop will conclude on September 30 with an expert session, presentations by participating states and group discussions.
