Kakinada District Collector , MLA receive Public grievances at Prathipadu
Kakinada, June 27 (TNT): District Collector M N Harendhira Prasad on Saturday attended to the` One month- One day and Four visits’ programme at Prathipadu along with the local MLA Varupula Satyaprabha.
The public grievance cell in constituency level was held in the Prathipadu MPDOs’ office and the Collector along with the MLA and the constituency special officer A Srinivasarao received as many as 79 grievances from the public during the interaction.
The grievances received pertains to pensions, sanction of house sites, disability certificates ,online registering of land records, re-survey, crop loss, CC roads, drains, sanitation and sanction of shed in cremation ground.
The collector issued instructions to the concerned officials to solve the problems within the stipulated time and this week’s applications to be disposed of by next Friday.
The Collector also reviewed the progress of the redressal of the grievances received during the last two weeks. Harendhira Prasad said that the government has launched the ‘ One Month- One village- four visits’ programme to solve the problems of villages then and there itself without delay.
Prathipadu Tahasildar Surya Prabha, MPDO Kumara babu, Tahasildars of other mandals, MPDOs, division and Mandal level officers and staff were among those attended.
