Tirumala, May 8 (TNT): Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha offered prayers at the hill shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple here on Friday.
On his arrival at the temple’s Mahadwaram, he was received by TTD Executive Officer M. Ravi Chandra and temple priests.
After offering prayers at the Dwajasthambham inside the temple premises, the Lieutenant Governor had darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy.
Later, at the Ranganayakula Mandapam, Vedic scholars offered Vedasirvachanam to the dignitary.
The TTD EO presented Theertha Prasadams and a framed photograph of Lord Venkateswara Swamy to the Lt Governor.
