Integrated Residential Schools Are ‘Temples of Vision’ for Future Generations: Telangana Dy CM Bhatti
Khammam, June 7 (TNT): Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday said the state government’s ambitious Integrated Residential Schools project reflects its determination to provide quality education and create world-class learning infrastructure for students.
During an inspection of the Integrated Residential School under construction at Lakshmipuram in Bonakal Mandal of Madhira Assembly constituency, the Deputy Chief Minister stressed that education remains one of the highest priorities of the Indiramma People’s Government.
Describing the schools as “temples of vision” rather than mere buildings, Bhatti said the institutions are being developed to create opportunities and shape a brighter future for generations to come.
He directed officials to ensure that there is no compromise on quality in the execution of the project and instructed that all construction activities strictly adhere to prescribed standards and specifications.
The Deputy Chief Minister also urged officials and contractors to accelerate the pace of work and complete the project within the stipulated timeframe so that students can benefit from the facilities at the earliest.
Stating that expenditure on education should be viewed as an investment rather than a cost, Bhatti said every rupee spent on educational infrastructure contributes to building strong, capable and knowledgeable future generations.
During his visit, he toured the entire campus and reviewed the progress of construction works. He personally inspected the proposed Science, Mathematics, Computer and Mechanical Laboratory buildings and offered suggestions to officials aimed at ensuring high-quality infrastructure.
He instructed contractors to complete the facilities within the deadline and make them operational for students as soon as possible.
Earlier, the Deputy Chief Minister also inspected the Junior Hostel, Junior Academic Block, Senior Academic Block and Administrative Block, and sought detailed updates from officials regarding the status of construction works.
Officials accompanying him briefed him on the progress of the project and the timelines set for completion.
The Integrated Residential Schools initiative is part of the Telangana government’s broader effort to strengthen educational infrastructure and provide students with modern learning facilities across the state.
