GPACTS 2026 to bring together 400 pharma leaders in Hyderabad on Sept 3
Hyderabad, Aug 25 (TNT): GPACTS 2026, the Global Pharma AI, Compliance & Technology Summit, is set to bring together 350-400 senior decision-makers from the pharmaceutical technology, manufacturing, quality, compliance, data and cybersecurity sectors in Hyderabad on September 3.
The flagship summit, to be held at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (HICC), will focus on the convergence of artificial intelligence, compliance and digital manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry, a release sadid here on Tuesday.
The event is powered by Honeywell, with support from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rockwell Automation and Nividous Software.
The summit comes as pharmaceutical companies step up investments in AI, connected manufacturing and data-led operations while facing increasing scrutiny over validation, data integrity, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
The Hyderabad edition will examine responsible AI and governance in validated environments, data protection, manufacturing cybersecurity, digital batch processes, manufacturing execution systems, laboratory software, connected quality systems and digital twins.
Confirmed speakers include former FDA Director Dr Ajaz Hussain, Alkem Laboratories Vice President and CIO Ramanarayana Parhi, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Digital Transformation Head Rajesh T, FOPE Chairman AVPS Chakravarty, IPA Honorary Secretary Dr Sridhar Reddy, Telangana Life Sciences CEO Sarvesh Singh, Wockhardt Vice President – Quality IT Dr Deepa Pangaonkar, Granules India CIO Karthick Raja and Biological E Vice President – IT Praveen Kumar Baheti.
GPACTS Director Shipra Singh said the summit would bring together leaders responsible for AI, digital transformation, manufacturing, quality and compliance to address operational and regulatory challenges and focus on accountable implementation.
The Hyderabad summit follows GPACTS editions held in Mumbai and Ahmedabad earlier this year, which together attracted 228 delegates and 32 speakers.
The Ahmedabad edition featured a live ransomware tabletop simulation based on a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The Hyderabad edition will build on the implementation-focused approach through practitioner-led sessions and cross-functional discussions.
GPACTS Director Ravindra Warang said the response to the Mumbai and Ahmedabad editions showed that pharma leaders were seeking implementation insights, peer experience and practical discussions around risk rather than broad transformation narratives.
The summit is aimed at senior professionals across pharmaceutical manufacturing, IT, digital transformation, quality, compliance, data, automation and cybersecurity, along with technology and advisory organisations serving regulated life-sciences operations.
