Godavari Harathi to be held at Goshpada Kshetram in WG Dist. on Nov 16

Tirupati, Sept 3 (TNT): The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Dasa Sahitya Project and West Godavari district administration will jointly organise Godavari Harathi at Goshpada Kshetram near Kovvur in West Godavari district on November 16.

TTD JEO (Health and Education) Prabhala Gopinath unveiled the poster for the event at the SVETA here on Saturday.

The programme will be held from 1630 hours to 1930 hours and will feature the processional deities of Sri Venkateswara Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi.

The event is aimed at conveying a spiritual message on the protection and preservation of water resources.

The TTD JEO invited devotees to participate in the sacred programme and seek the blessings of Godavari Matha and Sri Venkateswara Swamy.

Dasa Sahitya Project Special Officer Ananda Teerthacharyulu, HDPP Dr Medasani Mohan, SVETA In-charge Director Dr Vema Venkata Ratnam and other officials participated in the programme.
